      Rinse your MyBloomCup thoroughly with warm water for 15–20 seconds. The small air holes beneath the rim must always stay clean and open, they prevent suction when removing the cup. Gently stretch each hole under warm running water to clear any residue.

      If you're unable to rinse immediately after removal (for example, when using a restroom without a sink nearby), wash your hands thoroughly before entering the stall, empty the contents into the toilet, and use a dry or damp cloth to wipe the cup clean. Any fluid remaining in the cup after removal is completely normal. Find a suitable moment to rinse your MyBloomCup properly before your next use. When traveling, always use drinking water to clean it.
